Why sexually explicit images are censored

They are needed. Explicit images do prove a relationship is genuine — everyday photos and ordinary conversation do help also.
To protect you and your partner.
Sharing someone’s intimate image without their agreement can be a criminal offence.

To protect our staff. Reviewers should not be exposed to explicit material while doing their work.

Censoring covers only the explicit image — surrounding messages, names and dates stay visible, so your evidence still counts. Please cover or remove explicit images yourself before uploading wherever you can.
